Microgaming has added yet more strength to its roster of independent game development studios, after Neon Valley was charged with “bringing the spirit of Vegas”.

Striving to re-imagine the buzz of the entertainment capital of the world, Neon Valley Studios is aiming to deliver a number of story-driven casino slots that give online players in non-US gaming markets a modern Vegas experience.

John Coleman, CEO at Microgaming, said of the new agreement: “Our studios strategy is designed to bring greater choice, innovation and quality to the market. Neon Valley have years of collective gaming industry knowledge and expertise, not to mention their own distinctive style and personality, and we are delighted to add them to our global roster of independent game studios.”

The first title to debut as under the agreement is Aurora Wilds, with the initial official release from Neon Valley Studios released today.

Set to be made available exclusively to Microgaming’s operators, the slot is packed with a number of features, including expanding wilds, respins and a jackpot wheel that is said to deliver a plethora of rewards.

Brian Perego, senior creative technical designer at Neon Valley Studios, commented: “At Neon Valley Studios, we are dedicated to producing polished games of the highest quality, injecting our knowledge of slot design through the synergistic integration of game mechanics, visuals and the latest technology.

“Our relentless drive to create engaging gaming experiences for players is founded on our passion for games and the latest technological developments. We are delighted to bring ‘the spirit of Vegas’ to Microgaming on an exclusive basis, with Aurora Wilds marking the first wave of exciting content to come from Neon Valley Studios.”

Neon Valley becomes the latest addition to the Microgaming portfolio, following the announcement last month that a selection of exclusive new content is to be served up courtesy of Gameburger Studios.
