Casumo has strengthened its executive board with the appointment of Karin Thunholm, who will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her a wealth of experience in both the finance and igaming industry.

Having previously held roles at Kindred, ComeOn!, Cherry and Dunder, Thunholm will take over from Matthew Borg Manche who has been with Casumo since its start in 2012. Borg Manche is moving into a business development role and is due to remain as a company director.

Oscar Simonsson, CEO of Casumo, commented: “We’re excited to welcome Karin as a part of the senior management team driving Casumo on its continued, ambitious growth journey.”

Thunholm began her career in iGaming in 2006, and has vast experience from the industry after holding previous roles such as CFO at ComeOn, Head of Finance at Unibet, and most recently, CFO for Dunder.

“I am very excited to work with Casumo. A fantastic company, both in relation to culture as well as accomplishments. I find myself surrounded by highly-skilled, passionate and friendly people who walk the extra mile to deliver. It’s an amazing situation to find yourself in. I am looking forward to being part of taking Casumo to the next level,” says Karin Thunholm

Casumo has recently signed a new alliance with Casino platform and game developer Nolimit City, which has followed “a long viewed mutual interest in collaborating together.”

This latest agreement for Casumo follows multiple market entries, included the United Kingdom and Denmark, in addition to the re-regulated Swedish jurisdiction.
