“The CasinoBeats team is great at curating content that’s entertaining, informative and relevant – and highly engaging”

With two weeks to go until the second CasinoBeats Summit officially gets underway we are taking a closer look at Customer Journey and Marketing, one of four main tracks that make up this year’s agenda.

Designed to explore the threats and opportunities facing the online casino sector, it sits alongside the Safer Gambling Forum on Thursday 19 September, following on from the Future of Gaming and New Horizons.

A leadership in safer gambling discussion head up the second day of conversation, before a conference track that features topics titled:

  • Product development for the future
  • Finding the new generation
  • Poker face
  • Affiliate marketing for generation z
  • The art of recruitment

Moderating the latter, which is to look at how the online gaming sector can meet the resources it is likely to need as the industry continues to bloom, Kelly Kehn, co-founder of All-In Diversity, noted: “This will be my second time speaking at CasinoBeats Summit but hopefully not my last. The team is great at curating content that’s entertaining, informative and relevant which only creates an audience that is highly engaged.

“Speaking at this event not only helps to elevate my profile as an expert on D&I in the industry but also allows a forum to challenge ideas and plant seeds for innovation. The team is supportive and really enjoyable to work with.”

Operators attending and speaking at the Summit in 2019 will include Casumo, Genting UK, Hard Rock, LeoVegas, Lottoland, Mansion, Olympic, Rank, Royal Panda, Videoslots and William Hill, while a number of leading suppliers are also backing the event, with BetConstruct, Microgaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger Gaming, Play’n Go, Playson, SG Digital and Yggdrasil all joining as sponsors.

Becky Liggero, lead reporter at Ayre Media, whose moderating duty is to look at attracting a new generation of player, said of her participation: “SBC’s Betting on Sports has grown into one of the ‘must attend’ events of the year for the entire gambling industry, expanding way beyond its original laser focus on sports betting.

“CasinoBeats, running alongside BOS for the second year, has earned its own right as a standalone conference for anyone working in the online casino sector.

“The ‘Affiliate Marketing Panel for Generation Z’ session taking place on the Thursday afternoon features three operators with customer bases from around the globe and one of the world’s most established super affiliates, Gambling.com, with myself as the moderator.

“After 15 years in the online gambling space, with my beginnings in the affiliate sector, I’m most excited to provide some perspective into how things have changed in the affiliate marketing space over the years, and help the audience learn how operators and affiliates are facing challenges today that did not exist before”.

Dmitry Starostenkov, CEO of EvenBet Gaming, who is to look at how online poker is moving forward, added: “Online poker is one of the most controversial igaming niches. If there’s a chance to earn from online poker in the late 2010s at all? Is it possible to beat any of the market leaders, even locally? Do you need to spend tens of thousands to provide liquidity?

“EvenBet Gaming has been developing online poker software for 15 years now, and we hope to share our experience of creating a great software foundation, launching a successful project and taking care of its non-stop development. We also hope to exchange opinions on prospective markets for online poker and its future.”

In addition, Summit delegates gain access to Betting on Sports, which takes place at Olympia at the same time, alongside the PaymentExpert Forum and the Digital Marketing Forum, delivered in conjunction with AffiliateINSIDER.
