Colorado’s Sky Ute Casino recruits USBookmaking for mobile sportsbook

Colorado’s sports betting scene has gained yet more depth after the Sky Ute Casino Resort pulled back the curtain on its mobile sports betting app, launched in conjunction with Las Vegas headquartered USBookmaking.

With analysts at ColoradoSharp.com recently suggesting that punters across The Centennial State are primed for the return of sports after an “impressive” first month of activity across the region, Sky Ute has rolled-out its venture.

The app, available on iOS and Android mobile devices, is now live and will allow anyone 21 years-old or above in the state to place legal bets on sporting events.

“Sports will be back soon, and, when they are, Sky Ute SportsBook mobile app will be THE place to place your bet!” said Sky Ute Casino Resort’s general manager Charley Flagg.

“We are pleased to offer sports fans a convenient online sports betting app to place wagers in Colorado and look forward to unveiling the exciting app features to everyone in Colorado who wishes to bet sports. As a Native American gaming casino, we offer Sky Ute SportsBook app users the best odds in the state.”

The venture is managed by Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s property in conjunction with sportsbook betting and odds management company USBookmaking, lauded as “the only Native American-owned sportsbook company in the United States”.

Following a number of industry counterparts setting its sights on Colorado as potential heavy hitter within US sports betting, Vic Salerno, president of USBookmaking, said of the entry: “We are proud to be selected by Sky Ute Casino Resort to provide essential sports betting services for their casino.”

Earlier in the month sports bettors across The Centennial State were said to have “shown their willingness to engage with the state’s newly regulated sports betting offer” asserted ColoradoSharp.com.

During a time of casino closures and global sporting postponements the region debuted the activity statewide on May 1, generating $25.5m in gross revenue during its first month of operation.

This followed a recent survey undertaken by ColoradoSharp which indicated that 75 per cent of respondents said they would return to casinos “as soon as they’re open.”

With players seemingly “eager for more betting,” the independent analysts noted that “all signs point to a statewide boom for betting revenue when full-fledged gambling returns”.
