BGaming has updated its Help Centre offering a new concept of a B2B support service, allowing for improved interaction with partners and accelerated integration with new clients.
Focused on deep learning of the client’s environment in each specific case, as well as further analysis of its needs and technical requirements, the changes made to each stage of the support service has made it “more convenient and flexible” for both aggregator platforms and operators by aiding to have “all bases covered” and provide a solution for any challenge in advance.
“Along with a diverse portfolio of engaging products, easy and fast integration is one of the key requirements for casino games suppliers,” commented Alexandr Shavel, head of BizDev department at BGaming.
“If you can offer it, you have an advantage. That’s why we launched the Help Centre. We successfully tested it when we received the MGA licence, and at once a lot of new projects appeared in the pipeline. Now we expect a Greek licence, and we have no doubt that we will be able to work with clients from this region efficiently.”
Hanna Stsiakolenka, technical account manager team lead at BGaming, revealed how the company carries out internal deep learning sessions with the help of its devs, allowing the support team to understand how its games work from the inside out in order to gain more experience in difficult situations.
She noted: “We’re always open to suggestions on how to improve our backend (and not only backend, when it comes to post-integration support) to make the experience more and more advantageous to all parties”
Since the start of the year, BGaming has completed the integration into seven aggregator platforms, which has allowed the provider to go live with many fiat and crypto casinos.
Stsiakolenka further noted: “We are currently working with 5 more aggregators to integrate BGaming’s portfolio into them. But the most important thing is that today we can take on an even larger number of projects at the same time and this will not affect the quality of the service”.
Recently, BGaming has integrated into aggregators including Betconstruct, EveryMatrix and Tipobet365, among many others. With this, the studio’s portfolio became available at online casinos such as Parimatch and GrandCasino.
