Engagement

Winbet has recruited the services of online gaming technology and service provider Fast Track, whose platform will power real-time engagement on the group’s betting and igaming site.

The partnership will allow Winbet to introduce automation across their player engagement agenda, which includes automating the management of opt-outs and consent changes using Fast Track’s all-in-one solution.

Furthermore, Fast Track’s platform also allows operators to construct detailed segmentation models, something that the Winbet team will be looking to utilise as they introduce a loyalty program and more tailored engagements for VIP players.

“Winbet has a proven track record as an online operator in multiple Eastern European markets. We believe that the capabilities of our platform are the perfect fit for what they are trying to achieve with their player engagement,” said Christopher Hirst, co-founder of Fast Track

“We know how important it is to be able use your data in smart ways and our real-time data feed and segmentation models will support them in this.”

Winbet, which asserts that it’s “on a mission to provide a safe and fun environment for gaming fans, both online and offline,” is a gaming club chain in Central and Eastern Europe with over 20 years operating experience across seven countries. This includes the development and launch of Winbet.ro, the group’s online casino and betting platform.

Mark Adonia Machore, general manager of Winbet, added: “We take pride in providing excellent service to our players and partnering with Fast Track is an opportunity to take this to the next level.

“In particular, we are confident that introducing automation will allow us to maintain this and ensure that we can always engage players in the right moments as we grow further.”
