Game development studio Evoplay Entertainment has followed up a landmark month by bolstering its ranks with the appointment of Vladimir Malakchi as new chief business development officer.

Lauding rapid growth since inception in 2017, Malakchi is set to “form a center piece” in Evoplay Entertainment’s 2020 business development plans, as the company strives to achieve expansion across a number of key markets.

Bringing with him a raft of experience from across the start-up environment, Malakchi has been praised as having successfully scaled multiple early stage companies across the tech space, including one of the world’s top five blockchain developers.

Commenting on his appointment, Malakchi explained: “I’m very excited to step up as CBDO for such a revolutionary gaming provider and am looking forward to guiding our team through the next phase of development.

“2020 is going to be a key year for suppliers given the disruptive outlook ahead, and I believe the future of gaming is all about creating immersive entertainment as well as that big win. I’ve been absolutely blown away by some of the fantastic concepts we have in development and can’t wait to bring them to market.”

Evoplay Entertainment boasts a portfolio of more than 80 slots, table and instant games, including “the industry’s first RPG-based slot”, Dungeon: Immortal Evil which was launched last month.
