Joonas Karhu will take the reins at Bojoko, an online casino affiliate site, after being selected as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
The appointment comes amid a management reshuffle at the firm and will see Karhu promoted from his role as Chief Business Officer.
As CEO, he will take responsibility for Bojoko’s strategy development and execution, driving growth, overseeing resources and development.
“I am honored to have been named CEO of Bojoko, a business that I have been proud to be a part of since the very beginning,” said Karhu.
“Over the past four years, I have watched it grow into an award-winning, market-leading online gambling affiliate organization with a presence in markets around the world.
“I have always worked closely with Toni in my role as Chief Business Officer and believe I am in a strong position to take over the reins and continue to drive the business forward and on to greater success.

Meanwhile, Toni Halonen, the previous CEO and co-founder of Bojoko, will move into a newly-created role as Chief Product Officer. In this role, Halonen is responsible for the company’s product development where he is set to help improve user experience.
